Default Starting an assasin in Prophecies

Hey,

I got intrigued by the Assasin class after reading around on this forum a bit. I got one character spot left, and I figured I might aswlel try making an assasin. What I'm wondering though, how well does it work if you make an assasin in prophecies? Do you get the skillquests from prophecies? I know that there aren't any Assasin elite skills out there.

I just got really bored by the factions campaign after bringing all my other characters through it.

Unfortunately you cannot start an assassin character in Prophecies. You can start one in Factions and then bring them over to Tyria once you reach Kaineng City. Once in Tyria you can do the skill quests that have rewards for your secondary (except Ritualist) after Lions Arch, but you cannot go back to earlier skill quests. I imagine it would still be fun to move an assassin through Prophecies but I have not done it.

Have fun!

Hi.

I have protector of tyria title on my assassin, and it's actually a good place for an assassin. Mobs won't attack you that much etc.

I have my Sin running her way around Tyria as well. Did a run from LA to Ascalon by myself which was great fun.

Only at the jungle now though with missions but have both the mission and bonuses.

I'm now finding that I have to bring henchies with me but not really struggling yet! That will change when I get to the desert I guess?

It is fun standing around in Ascalon and having people looking at you and your armor!

Actually, I get more join requests in Tyria than I have ever had in Cantha!

cantha is a hard place to be in for an assassin due to the afflicted. tyria on the other hand, is just a big, fun place for an assassin to run around in and kill stuff.

if ever you need help, just whisper me in game and i'd gladly help you speed up your training in shing jea monastery. don't let shing jea lull you into a being complacent though, cantha is a big culture shock for an assassin.
